چکیده
Abstract Background Japanese encephalitis virus is a mosquito-borne neurotropic flavivirus that causes acute viral in humans. Pigs are crucial amplifier host of JEV. Recently, increasing evidence has shown long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles infection. Methods JEV proliferation was evaluated after overexpression or knockdown lncRNA-SUSAJ1 using western blotting and reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). C–C chemokine receptor type 1 (CCR1) found to regulate the expression by inhibitors screen. The detected RT-PCR transcription factor SP1. In addition, enrichments SP1 on promoter were analyzed chromatin immunoprecipitation. Results this study, we demonstrated swine could suppress PK-15 cells. We also CCR1 inhibited via upregulated lncRNA-SUSAJ1, resulting resistance proliferation. Conclusions These findings illustrate importance lncRNAs proliferation, reveal how regulates cells promote its

Induction of apoptosis and necrosis in human acute erythroleukemia cells by inhibition of long non-coding RNA PVT1
Recent advances in molecular medicine have proposed new therapeutic strategies for cancer. One of the molecular research lines for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer is the use of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) which are a class of non-coding RNA molecules longer than 200 base pairs in length that act as the key regulator of gene expression. Different aspects of cellular activities like cell...
متن کاملSOX2OT, a long non-coding RNA involved in autophagy regulation
Summary: SOX2 overlapping transcript (SOX2OT) is a long non-coding RNA associated with cancer pathogenesis. It contributes to a variety of cellular functions and recent evidence propounds its association with autophagy process. It has been showed that SOX2OT can regulate the expression of different autophagy associated factors in human cells with different mechanisms, however more remains to ...
متن کاملMicroarray Analysis Identifies the Potential Role of Long Non-Coding RNA in Regulating Neuroinflammation during Japanese Encephalitis Virus Infection
Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is the leading cause of epidemic encephalitis worldwide. JEV-induced neuroinflammation is characterized by profound neuronal cells damage accompanied by activation of glial cells. Albeit long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been emerged as important regulatory RNAs with profound effects on various biological processes, it is unknown how lncRNAs regulate JEV-indu...
متن کاملIdentification and Analysis of Differentially-Expressed microRNAs in Japanese Encephalitis Virus-Infected PK-15 Cells with Deep Sequencing
Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), a mosquito-borne Flavivirus, causes acute viral encephalitis with high morbidity and mortality in humans and animals. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that are important modulators of the intricate host-pathogen interaction networks. However, our knowledge of the changes that occur in miRNAs in host cells after JEV infection is still limited. To und...

Background: Despite recent advances in diagnosis and treatment, breast cancer remains a leading cause of death in women worldwide. Long non-coding RNAs are a new class of RNA molecules that have been shown to participate in tumorigenesis. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of lncUSMycN in tumor samples and to evaluate its potential role in the breast cancer cell line. Metho...
